Hi, I’m glad you’re here! My name is Peyton, I am from Pennsylvania and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping others create BALANCE & DISCIPLINE in their lives. Growing up, I witnessed my mom’s journey through competitive fitness and bodybuilding. I learned first hand the value of hard work, discipline and consistency. I recognize that for many, the world of fitness may seem intimidating or unattainable, but no matter what your goals are, you are absolutely capable of achieving them if you’re willing to put in the work. Although I am dedicated to my goals and fitness routine, I fully embrace balance! This means enjoying a wine night out with friends and ordering all the chips and guac at happy hour! Achieving goals doesn’t have to mean restriction and spending endless hours in the gym. I want to show you how possible it is to build the physique of your dreams while also living your life to the fullest.
